VIKIN Event Apps was fundamental this year in helping take Teddy Rocks Festival to the next level. We have grown to a size where mobile phone signal is non-existent in most areas of the site and getting information to our attendees has become extremely hard. VIKIN’s event app allowed us to deliver offline information to festival goers, update lineups and stage times, and send notifications about unexpected fundraising happenings. Their team's ability (and patience) to integrate with our existing website systems allowed us to retain a single source of truth and ensure there was no duplication in admin effort for our volunteer team. It was also incredible to be able to announce our fundraising total from the event to app users via a notification and funnel them towards information about the charities we support. The analytics data we gained about favourited acts, popular food vendors and hotspot locations will aid our planning for our next event.

We engaged VIKIN Event Apps to build the Canowindra Live App, and to say the process was seamless would be a massive understatement. The team is absolutely amazing - they even joined us on-site for all nine days of the event to ensure everything ran perfectly. The app completely revolutionised our event communications.
